Why:
The City of Los Angeles is offering a reward of $50,000 for information leading to the identity, arrest and prosecution of the person or persons responsible for the murder of Anthony Fountain Jr., who was only 17 years old at the time of the murder.

On May 15, 2006, at about 12:30 PM, Anthony was walking on the sidewalk in the 6600 block of 8th Avenue, when an unknown suspect(s) shot him once in the head.

Ms. Andrea Davis, mother of Anthony, will be at the press conference.
