Person of Interest Sought in the Case of a Mission Woman NR15152dm

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department Robbery Homicide detectives are asking for the public's help in locating Zakiyyah El A'min and Kevin Walker Jones.

On Monday, March 23, 2015, around 1 p.m., Zakiyyah El A'min was last seen in the company of Kevin Walker Jones. Ms. El A'min failed to show up for work March 24-25 and was reported missing. Mr. Jones is seen moving out of his residence in the early morning hours of March 24, 2015. Mr. Jones has not been seen since and his whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Jones has a history of domestic violence and assault. There is a possibility that Mr. Jones has left the state of California, and fled to New York.



Investigating officers are also seeking information on the whereabouts of a male Black and female Black, who were observed removing items from Mr. Jones apartment on March 28, 2015, on video surveillance.

Ms. El A'min is described as a 60-year-old female Black with black hair and brown eyes. She stands 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds.

Kevin Walker Jones is described as a 48-year-old male Black with a shaved head and brown eyes. He stands 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds.
