Mr. Smith was found deceased in San Bernardino near Little Creek and Forest Road by the San Bernardino Sheriff's Department.



Los Angeles:
The family of Frank Smith Jr. and the Los Angeles Police Department's Missing Persons Unit is requesting the public's help in locating him.

Frank was last seen on September 3, 2015, at around 10:00 a.m., in the 4100 block of 3rd Avenue, in the City of Los Angeles.

Frank is described as a 93-year-old male Black with gray hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 11 inches and weighs approximately 205 pounds. He was last seen wearing a short sleeve button down Hawaiian shirt, beige pants, and a dark baseball cap. Frank drives a two-door black 1994 Mercury Cougar, CA license plate number 3JST138. Frank may be in need of medical attention.
