UPDATED
12/3/13-gv

The 7 year victim has passed away this evening as result of his wounds. The suspects are described as 4 male blacks wearing black hoodie jackets who drove away in a white car.

Los Angeles:
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) West Los Angeles detectives are investigating a shooting in the West Los Angeles area that rendered three people injured, including a 7-year-old boy who is clinging to life.

On December 2, 2013, around 9:05 p.m., LAPD West Los Angeles patrol officers responded to a shooting call in the 1900 block of Corning Street. When the officers arrived at the scene, they were advised that one of the three victims drove them to a local hospital where all three were being treated for gunshot wounds. Officers also observed numerous shell casings in the area along with other evidence.

LAPD West Los Angeles detectives responded and their investigation revealed that unknown suspects, only described as male African-Americans in dark clothing, opened fire on the victims and then fled a white car.

Two of the victims, an adult male and a female, are in stable condition. The third victim is a 9-year-old who is currently in serious condition. All are being treated at local hospitals.
