Mr. Valles was located at a local area hospital and is in good condition.

: The family of Andrew Lee Valles and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking for the public's help in locating him.

Andrew was last seen on February 4, 2016, around 1:00 p.m., in the 8600 block of W. 3rd Street, in the city of Los Angeles. He is intellectually disabled and has the mental capacity of an 8-year-old. Andrew's family is extremely concerned that he has not been located.

Andrew is described as a 21-year-old male Hispanic with brown hair and brown eyes. He stands 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. Andrew was last seen wearing a blue shirt, grey sweat pants and tan sandals.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Andrew Lee Valles is asked to contact Detective K. Thomas, LAPD Missing Persons Unit, at (213) 996-1800.
