LAPD Recruit Graduation

WHAT: Los Angeles Police Department Recruit Officer Graduation Ceremony for Class 2-16

WHEN: August 5, 2016 8:00 a.m.

WHERE: LAPD Administration Building Plaza 100 W. First Street Los Angeles 90012

WHO: LAPD First Assistant Chief Michel Moore Representatives from the LAPD Board of Commissioners Representatives from the Mayor’s Office LAPD Command Staff and Special Guests

DETAILS: The Los Angeles Police Department will graduate 24 Police Officers. Of the 24 graduates, there are 19 males and 5 females with the following ethnic breakdowns: four Caucasian, fifteen Hispanic, three African American, two Asian. Graduating officers will have completed 912 hours of training over the course of 24 weeks.

NOTE: Event parking will not be provided. Use of public transportation is encouraged whenever possible. For those who need parking, recommended paid parking lots are as follows:
