$1,000,000 in Stolen EDIKTED, ALO, SKIMS, Other Commercial
and Train Cargo Recovered by LAPD Cargo Theft Task Force

Los Angeles: On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Commercial Crimes Division – Cargo Theft Task Force, in collaboration with the Union Pacific Railroad Police, BNSF Police, Los Angeles World Airport Police, Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office – Bureau of Investigation, and HSI’s Cargo Theft Group, executed search warrants in North Hills, West Los Angeles, Sunland, and Van Nuys. Investigators arrested two individuals, Hannah Noto, 25 years of age, from North Hills, and Jude Bigay, 26 years of age, from Sunland.

The two suspects admitted to their involvement to defraud multiple clothing companies through an e-commerce scheme, then selling the stolen property on a popular live-streaming shopping platform, called Whatnot.

Additional information resulted in a search warrant executed at a warehouse located in the 16700 block of Stagg Street, in the City of Van Nuys, where over 55 pallets of stolen commercial and train cargo was discovered, to include EDIKTED, ALO, SKIMS, Ariat, Milwaukee, Ninja, Dyson, Duracell, and more. The value of the recovery is estimated at $1,000,000.

Both Noto and Bigay were transported to and booked at Van Nuys Jail for 496(A) PC – Receiving Stolen Property, booking numbers 7211389 and 7211653.

This case underscores the importance of interagency collaboration in combating large-scale cargo theft and preserving the integrity of commercial supply chains. The investigation is ongoing, and further arrests are expected.
