"15 Year Old Sexually Assaulted"

Los Angeles – On Thursday, July 20, 2000, at approximately 5:00 p.m., two 15 year old females were picked up by three male Black suspects in a tan colored Cadillac SUV on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard near Crenshaw Boulevard on the pretext of giving them a ride home. They were driven to a residence in the area of 27th Street and 7th Avenue. Both females entered the residence and drank some juice, possibly laced with unknown substance. One of the females went outside and the other one became sick and used the bathroom. When she returned and sat down on the couch, she was grabbed, held down, and was sexually assaulted by four male suspects. The suspects are described only as Blacks between the ages of 21-25 years.

The victim and her friend left the location and contacted police. The victim was transported to a local hospital where she was treated and released. The investigation is continuing and no arrests have been made.
