19-Year-Old Man Shot and Killed

Los Angeles: 77th Street Area Homicide Detectives are investigating the death of 19 year-old Peter Amoros. On Tuesday night, June 1, 2004, at about 9:05 p.m., unknown suspect(s) shot Amoros while he was standing in the rear yard of his residence, which is located at 500 block of West 60th Street in Los Angeles.

Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics responded and transported Amoros to Harbor UCLA Medical Center where he died from his injuries.

The motive is unknown.

The suspect(s) and weapon remain outstanding.
