23 Year-Old Dies from Shooting

Los Angeles: On Sunday, February 16, 2003, at approximately 7:00 p.m., the victim, Isiah Parker, a 23 year old Black male, was walking eastbound on the sidewalk in the 1700 block of East 104th Street. Two unknown suspects approached the victim and fired several rounds at him. The suspects then fled in a dark color vehicle northbound on Graham Avenue.
Mr. Parker was pronounced dead at the scene by responding paramedics.
The motive is unknown and the suspects are outstanding.
