Los Angeles: The family of Bobby Talley and the Los Angeles Police Department Missing Person’s Unit are asking for the public’s help to find him.
On August 25, 2014, around 12:30 p.m., Mr. Talley left his residence near the 1500 block of North Martel Street. Mr. Talley was last seen around 3:00 p.m. at a Starbuck’s Coffee business in the 1400 block of Lincoln Boulevard, in the City of Santa Monica. Mr. Talley suffers from a traumatic brain injury and has not returned home.
Mr. Talley is described as a 48-year-old White male with brown hair and blue eyes. He stands 6 feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds. Mr. Talley was wearing a tan short sleeved dress shirt, black pants and black shoes. He walks with a cane and wears glasses.
