Los Angeles: The family of Noe
Ismael Ceron and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing
Person’s unit are asking for the public’s help in locating Mr.
Ceron.

Mr. Ceron was last seen on September 1, 2016, around 4:00 p.m., in
the 2600 block of Moss Avenue. Mr. Ceron suffers from extreme
dementia and is in need of medical attention. His family is
extremely concerned that he has not been located.

Mr. Ceron is described as a male Hispanic with gray hair and brown
eyes. He is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 180
pounds. Mr. Ceron was last seen wearing a black shirt; black pants
and whiteshoes.
