Why: To offer a reward of $50,000 for information leading to the identity, arrest and prosecution of the person(s) responsible for the murder of 80-year-old Harvey Cohen.

On September 19, 2013, around 2:30 a.m., West Valley Patrol officers responded to a call for service in the 5300 block of Andasol Avenue in Encino. The victim was discovered by his wife shot in his own home. The victim was transported to a local hospital, but later died from his injuries. The suspect(s) remain at large and are considered armed and dangerous.
