Los Angeles: The Family of
Patricia Anne Smith and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing
Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help in locating
her.

Patricia was last seen on March 4, 2016 around 10:00 a.m., in the
1600 block of Shell Avenue in the City of Los Angeles. Patricia
suffers from Alzheimer’s and her family is extremely concerned for
her safety.

Patricia is described as a 66-year-old female white with brown hair
and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs
approximately 113 pounds. She was last seen wearing unknown color
t-shirt, unknown color pajama bottoms, unknown color socks, and
glasses.
