Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Grateful Employees Organization (GEO) and Public Affairs Unit, in conjunction with the New York/New Jersey Port Authority Police Department, will hold an event to raise funds to benefit the families of the Port Authority police officers who perished as a result of the World Trade Center Attacks.
With unlimited billiard play included in the price of admission, event attendees will be greeted by celebrities, take part in prize giveaways and have an opportunity to enter a "silent" auction. Performers from the group, "Film at 11," will perform along with a strolling magician. T-shirts and hats will also be available for purchase.
Admission to the event is $10 and all proceeds will be donated to the families of the Port Authority Officers who perished as a result of the attacks.
