A Young Man Killed in the Early Morning Hours
North Hills: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Bureau Homicide detectives are asking for the public’s help in providing any information that would lead to the arrest of the suspect(s) involved in the murder of a male Hispanic.
On Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 4:45 a.m., Mission area patrol officers responded to a radio call of an, “Ambulance Death Investigation”, in the 8700 block of Parthenia Place in North Hills. When officers arrived, they found the victim lying in the street suffering from a gunshot wound.
The Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and pronounced the victim deceased at scene.
The victim is described as a 24-year-old male Hispanic. His name is being withheld pending, notification of next of kin.
There is no suspect(s) information and the motive is unknown. The investigation is ongoing.
Detectives from Valley Bureau Homicide canvassed the area for witnesses and further evidence.
