Accidental Discharge of a Firearm

Los Angeles: While off-duty, A Los Angeles Police Officer accidentally discharged a firearm.
On February 25, 2009, at around 11:30 a.m., Police Officer Thomas Onyshko was handling a firearm when an accidental discharge occurred. The incident occurred outside of the City of Los Angeles.
No injuries occurred.
Force Investigation Division is handling the investigation.
