WHY:
On July 29, 2018, Ms. Sabrina Williams crossed Imperial Highway at
Success Avenue and was struck by a Motorist driving West on
Imperial Highway. The driver failed to stop and identify themselves
or render aid. Ms. Williams died of her injuries at the scene. A
50,000.00-dollar reward will be announced.
