WHY: The Los Angeles Police Department will announce a reward of $50,000 for information leading to the identity, arrest, and prosecution of the person or persons responsible for the murder of 28- year-old Angel Maciel, that occurred on October 29, 2017 in the 9900 block of Stanwin Avenue.
