WHY:
South Traffic Division detectives will announce the arrests of the suspect involved in the fatal hit-and-run that claimed the life of 4-year-old Ma’Cya Clark during a street race on March 18, 2025, as well as the suspect arrested in the fatal hit-and-run that took the life of 25-year-old Emerson Gonzalez on July 5, 2025.

In a separate, unrelated investigation, detectives will also release new video of a suspect vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run that occurred on December 10, 2025, at Florence Avenue and Kansas Avenue in the City of Los Angeles.
