Assault with a Deadly Weapon (ADW) with a Vehicle Involving Multiple Vehicles NR23111am

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Central Division Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying victims who have been hit and involved with the vehicle of a traffic collision.

On May 1, 2023, around 12:00 p.m., a series of traffic collisions occurred in the Downtown area and the Northeast area of Los Angeles. The suspect was driving a silver 2004 Nissan Xterra, license plate 5JRT146, and collided with approximately 10 vehicles. There was a total of 13 victims as a result of this incident. The Los Angeles Police Department is reaching out to the public to see if they have been hit by this vehicle involved.

The suspect involved with this incident is identified as 37-year-old, Diosdado Tzintzunespindo a resident of Temecula. He was booked for 245 (A)(1) PC- ADW with a vehicle and his bail was set at $440,000 (Booking# 6596570).
