WHY:
Media Availability to bring awareness to community regarding Central Area’s burglary from motor vehicle crimes occurring within Downtown Los Angeles. Central Area has implemented numerous undercover task force operations which resulted in a significant number of arrests, narcotics, found property, and firearms. The outstanding work performed by Central personnel has also identified possible “career criminals” and “repeat offenders” that have been arrested in the past for the similar types of crime.
