North Hollywood: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Traffic Division are asking for the public’s help in providing any information that would lead to the identification and arrest of the suspect involved in a hit and run traffic collision that severely injured a 13-year-old male riding his bicycle.
On April 30, 2018, around 3:20 p.m., a vehicle traveling south on Radford Avenue, collided with a bicyclist traveling east on Hamlin Street. The driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene of the collision for a brief period, then fled without identifying herself or rendering assistance as required by law.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and transported the victim to a local hospital with major injuries.
The driver of the vehicle is described as a 40-49-year-old female Hispanic with brown hair and brown eyes. She is average height and weighs approximately 140 pounds. The vehicle is described as a possible Honda, Toyota or GMC minivan, grey in color.
