Burglary Suspects Caught on Video NR15110dm

April 8, 2015

Los Angeles: Detectives from
the Los Angeles Police Department’s Wilshire Division are asking
for the public’s help to identify the suspects responsible for the
early morning burglary of a business.

On Friday, March 6, 2015, around 4:30 a.m., a group of at least
seven suspects broke into a business in the 5100 block of Venice
Boulevard. The suspects used pry tools on the front door to gain
access. Once inside, the suspects rummaged through several rooms
and pushed a safe outside onto the sidewalk in front of the
business.

Prior to the safe being removed from the business, a police car
drove by the business while the burglary was in progress. The
officers saw a vehicle leaving from a side street and backed up to
investigate, but the vehicle was gone. The safe was ultimately left
on the sidewalk and the suspects fled the location.

A white vehicle is seen stopping in front of the location,
appearing to assist the suspects with their crime. The vehicle is
described as a newer model white Mercedes Benz GLK. Three of the
suspects are described as male Blacks.

The same suspects were seen on video surveillance, from the
previous night, attempting to break in to the same location. They
were unsuccessful in their first attempt.
