During this event Chief Beck will be honored as the “Top Hot Tamale of Los Angeles,” for his efforts in bringing peace and healing to the MacArthur Park area.  The goal of the organizers is to display the ongoing community partnerships that are actively involved and committed to the revitalization efforts in the MacArthur Park region.
