The Los Angeles Police Department has received the California Attorney General’s (AG) report and recommendations concerning an Officer Involved Shooting in the Hollywood Area on July 15, 2021 and thank the AG’s staff for the cooperative manner in which they conducted their independent investigation. We agree with their findings regarding the officers actions and will examine the recommendations outlined in the report for any improvement in our policies, procedures and training.
