To provide information and take questions regarding a child abduction investigation involving four Los Angeles children.  The Los Angeles Police Department Hollenbeck Division Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating four children that were taken by their parents.  The Department of Children and Family Services removed the children from their biological parents and placed them in protective custody of their maternal grandmother.

On Friday March 14, 2014, at approximately 12:30 p.m. the mother, Rosa Chairez, and the father, Enrique Felix, went to the home of the maternal grandmother of their four children.  The parents were ordered to stay away from their children and were to only have supervised visitation in the presence of their DCFS worker at the DCFS office.  Chairez and Felix were also to stay away from their children at all times with the exception of their scheduled visitation at DCFS.  Enrique Felix is reported to be physically violent towards Rosa Chairez and their children.
