Children of Fallen Officer Receive Scholarship Check

Los Angeles: Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation has awarded Moorpark and Ventura College scholarship funds to support the family of one of our fallen officers.

On Tuesday, October 23, 2007, the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation presented Jessica Selleh and Scott Selleh with a check each worth $1,600 to assist with their college education. These two students lost their father Mike Selleh, a Los Angeles Police Detective on July 29,2007, due to a tragic traffic collision.

We would like to thank the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation for their support and assistance to the Selleh family.
