Melissa Veliz has been located safe and with her family as of 9:55 PM per Devonshire Watch Commander.

Granada Hills: The family of Melissa Veliz and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Devonshire Area are asking for the public’s assistance in locating her.

On October 31, 2018, around 2:20 p.m., Veliz was last seen near the 11200 block of Gaviota Avenue in Granada Hills. She has not been seen or heard from and her family is concerned for her safety.

Veliz is described as a 31-year-old Hispanic, female with brown hair and brown eyes, who has an intellectual disability with a mental capacity of a 3-year-old. She stands at 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighing approximately 160 lbs.

Veliz was last seen wearing baseball cap with a red bandana, black jacket, black pants, aand black shoes.
