San Fernando Valley: The family of James Daniel Chiffer and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit are requesting the public’s help in finding him.

On April 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., 36-year-old James Daniel Chiffer was last seen walking in the 14100 block of Bucher Street, in the San Fernando Valley area. He suffers from schizophrenia and is unable to care for himself. He requires medication.

Mr. Chiffer is described as a male Hispanic with brown hair and brown eyes. He stands 6 feet and 1 inch tall and weighs approximately 230 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and dark colored pants.
