Devonshire Area detectives are asking for the public’s help in
Ramon was last seen on June 1, 2018, at around 10:00 p.m., walking
outside to get some fresh air from his residence in the 18500 block
of Prairie Avenue in Northridge.
Ramon has a diminished mental capacity and a medical condition
which requires medication to maintain his health.
Ramon is described as a 42-year-old male Hispanic, with black hair,
brown eyes, standing at approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall, and
weighing 120 pounds. Ramon was last seen wearing a grey hooded
