Critical Missing 50 Year Old Woman

Los Angeles: The Southwest Area Community Police Station and the missing person’s family members are asking for help from the media, as well as the public, in locating a missing 50 year old woman.

On Friday, March 7, 2003, Ophelia Mills was last seen around 2:30 or 3:00 p.m., at 32nd street and Figueroa Avenue. She had been released from the psychiatric ward at Cedars Sinai Hospital at 1:25 p.m. and is considered to be delusional. She suffers from diabetes and takes insulin twice daily. She undergoes dialysis treatments three times a week.

The missing person is a female Black, black hair, brown eyes, 5’11″and 350 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red jacket, red pants and black shoes.

UPDATE
On Saturday, March 8, 2003 at approximately 10:00 p.m., Opelia Mills was found in Exposition Park. Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics responded and transported Mills to a local Hospital were she was treated and released to relatives.
