Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Norman Carroll.

Norman Carroll was last seen on October 2, 2022, around 8:00 p.m. in the 1000 block of South Orange Grove Avenue. Carroll suffers from an ongoing mental condition and his family is concerned for his safety.

Norman Carroll - missing personCarroll is described as a male Black, thin build, with black hair and brown eyes. He stands five feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. Carroll has a red flower tattoo on his right forearm, and was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, dark gray sweat pants, and black and white shoes.
