Tomi was located and reunited with her family.

 

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public’s help in location Tomi Yamada.

On November 4, 2022, around 1:30 p.m., Tomi exited her son’s vehicle in front of the hospital in the 4700 block of West Sunset Boulevard, while he parked. Tomi entered the hospital, then exited unescorted, and was last seen on video in the 1700 block of Vermont Avenue, shortly thereafter. Tomi has Alzheimer’s and her family is very concerned for her safety.

Tomi is described as female Asian with black hair and brown eyes. She stands five feet tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds. Tomi was last seen wearing a straw hat, navy flower shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
