Frank Rand was located and reunited with his family.

 

Van Nuys: The family of Frank Charles Rand and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in locating him.

Frank was last seen on April 25, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., in the area of the 11300 block of Wilshire Boulevard at the West Los Angeles Veterans Hospital. Frank’s family is very concerned for his safety.

Frank is described as an 81-year-old, male Black, with black hair and brown eyes. Frank stands at 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs approximately 120 pounds. Frank was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, green pajamas, black beanie, and blue puffy jacket.

Frank is in a wheel chair and is missing his left leg. Frank has dementia and may not know his way home.
