Critical Missing Juvenile

Los Angeles – On February 22, 2001, at approximately 1:30 a.m., fourteen-year-old Jazzman Russell was reported missing. Russell is a female Black, 5-8, 125 pounds, with a small build and dark complexion.
She left the group home located at 2254 West 24th Street in Los Angeles where she has been staying since June of 2000. Russell is a critical missing because she is required to take medication daily. She has been missing in the past and was located in the Compton Area.
