Detectives Looking For Sexual Assault Victims

Los Angeles: On April 3, 2004, at about 12:15 p.m., a Hispanic man working as a security guard in the 12000 block of Roscoe Boulevard, approached a female and convinced her that she needed religious healing. The female followed him to a secluded location where she was sexually assaulted by the man under the belief of spiritual cleaning.
The suspect is described as a 23 year-old male Hispanic, black hair, hazel eyes, 5’11", 320 pounds, wears glasses, and is dressed in a security guard uniform. The suspect is believed to have committed several similar crimes by seducing or enticing young females into entering secluded areas.
