Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Commercial Crimes Division announce the identification and arrest of a suspect wanted in connection with a fraud investigation.

With the assistance of local news media outlets and tips from the community, Commercial Crimes Division detectives positively identified Alfred Earl Jackson, a 38-year-old resident of Los Angeles, as the suspect known as “Igor.”

On December 30, 2025, approximately 7:20 p.m., Jackson was arrested near 8th Street and Olive Street and booked for 530.5(a) PC – Identity Theft, under booking number 7153639.

During the course of the investigation, detectives discovered that Jackson used multiple aliases, including Igor Enukidze, Sheldon Paul Williams, and Terri Scott. Detectives further determined that Jackson was working with a second accomplice in defrauding property owners. The accomplice is known only as “Manuel.”

Detectives believe that additional property owners and property management companies may have been defrauded and are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the second suspect. Manuel is described as a Black male between 20 to 30-years-old with black braided hair, thin mustache, and a goatee.

Los Angeles: Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Commercial Crimes Division are asking the public for help in identifying more victims of a suspect who used victims’ Personal Identification Information (PII) to fraudulently rent apartments.

In September 2025, the suspect applied to rent apartments at two different locations in the Hollywood and Larchmont areas. The suspect used other individuals’ personal identification information to complete rental applications and provided counterfeit cashier’s checks to property management companies as part of the process.

The suspect is described as a Black male adult with dreadlocks and a beard or goatee and is also known as “Igor.” Detectives are releasing the suspect’s photo because they believe there may be additional victims, including rental and property management companies that may have been targeted.
