Detectives Seek Additional Victims of Sexual Assault Suspect NR20055dm

Los Angeles: On February 14,
2020, Southwest Area officers arrested David Velazquez for Sexual
Assault.

Velazquez worked as a tattoo artist at a tattoo shop located in the
4300 block of Crenshaw Boulevard. He has been named as the suspect
in multiple sexual assault reports that also occurred at the same
tattoo shop. During the reported incidents, the victims would
disrobe specific clothing for tattoo work. Once the clothing was
removed, Velazquez would sexually assault them. Detectives believe
there are additional victims who have not filed police
reports.
