During that time Bloome associated with a group of teenagers that included the victim while at an outdoor shopping center located in Los Angeles. Bloome battered the victim for unknown reasons while at the shopping center. The victim’s friends intervened, and no further harm came to the victim.

On May 5, 2021, the Los Angeles Police Department’s, North Hollywood Sexual Assault unit discovered two additional victims as far south as the San Clemente Area. In 2020, Bloome reached out to them through Social Media. Bloome threatened one victim and her family with violence. He attempted to lure the other victim to the Santa Barbara area. Both victims fortunately did not meet with Bloome.
