Dispute Turns Deadly

Los Angeles: On Friday, October 3, 2003, at about 12:45 a.m., the victim and suspect became involved in an altercation inside of a residence located in the 100 block of West Cruces Street in the Wilmington area of Los Angeles. The victim was either pushed or punched by the suspect causing the victim to fall to the floor. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The victims name is being withheld pending notification his family.
