"Drive-By Shooting Leaves 25 Year-Old Female in Critical Condition"

Los Angeles – On Sunday, November 19, 2000, at approximately 3:25 a.m., the victim, a female Black, 25 years old, was seated in a car which was parked in front of 1425 West 61st Street in Los Angeles. Unknown suspect(s) drove up and shot her. The suspect(s) were last seen driving away at a high rate of speed eastbound on 61st Street towards Normandie Avenue. The victim was transported to a local hospital where she is listed in critical condition.

The motive is unknown, and the suspect(s) along with the weapon remain outstanding.
