"Family of Missing 10-year-old Seeks Public’s Help"

Silverlake – Northeast Area Juvenile Detectives and family members of a missing 10-year-old will hold a press conference today, November 6, 2000, at 4:30 p.m. in front of the Silverlake Recreation Center, located at 1850 West Silverlake Boulevard in Los Angeles to seek the public’s help in locating the missing child.

Ten-year-old Andrew Frederick Page, was last seen at approximately 8:00 a.m. this morning at the Ribet Academy, located at 2911 San Fernando Road in Los Angeles. It is believed that Andrew ran away from home because he was dissatisfied with his academic marks.

Andrew is a male White with brown hair, hazel colored eyes, 4′ in height, 85 pounds with two moles under his right eye. Andrew was last seen wearing a green or white shirt, tan pants, black tennis shoes, red sweater and had a blue or black back-pack.

Family members will be present at the press conference and photographs of Andrew will be available.
