WHO: Los Angeles City Councilmember Jose Huizar, 14th District Los Angeles Police Department Captain II Al Lopez, Central Traffic Division Los Angeles Police Department Detective Felix Padilla, Central Traffic Division Los Angeles Police Department Detective Juan Campos, Central Traffic Division

WHY: On February 7, 2018, around 4:50 a.m., 30-year-old Monica Zuniga was crossing southbound on Huntington Drive from Locke Avenue, when she was struck by a vehicle traveling westbound on Huntington Drive. Central Traffic Division Detectives are requesting assistance from the community in locating the Hit and Run Vehicle and the Driver.
