Fatal Shooting in Hollywood NR20226ll

Hollywood: The Los Angeles Police Department’s West Bureau Homicide detectives are investigating a shooting that left a man dead.

On Thursday, September 10, 2020, around 12:45 a.m., Hollywood Division officers responded to a call of a shooting in the 1700 block of North Orange Drive.

Officers were directed to a homicide victim inside of a multi-unit apartment building. As residents were attempting first aid. The Los Angeles Fire Department treated the victim and determined the victim dead at scene.

Detectives learned that the victim was involved in a marijuana transaction when the suspects shot the victim and robbed the victim of marijuana. The suspects were described as two male Blacks and one female Black. The suspects fled the apartment on foot and may have left in a black sedan in an unknown direction.
