The City of Los Angeles is offering a
$50,000.00 reward for information leading to the identity,
arrest, and prosecution, of the person or persons responsible for
the murder of Francisco Cebrero.

Canoga Park: Detectives from
the Los Angeles Police Department’s (LAPD) Valley Bureau Homicide
Division are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the
suspect(s) responsible for the fatal shooting of a man.

On November 1, 2020, at 9:15 p.m., Topanga Division patrol officers
responded to a radio call for a “man down” near the intersection of
Saticoy Street and Independence Avenue in Canoga Park. Officers
located a victim suffering from a gunshot wound in an alley.

The victim did not possess any identification but is described as a
50-year-old Hispanic male.

Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) paramedics provided medical
treatment to the victim but, unfortunately, the victim was
pronounced dead at the scene.
