Many young women are being lost to drugs, gang affiliations, prostitution, running away and many other negative distractions.  The LAPD and the Bradley Milken Family Source Center hope to reach out to the young women and break this cycle.  Southeast Cadets felt the need to make a difference in their community and joined together to form a “Tea Party” where they will sit down and create a dialogue to discuss ways for improving the lives of these young women.
