“Flash Rob” Smash-and-grab at a Store on La Brea – NR23244b

Los Angeles, CA: On August 15, 2023, just before store closing at 7:00 PM, a “Flash Rob” style theft occurred at clothing store in the 100 block of South La Brea Avenue. Ten to twelve suspects in hooded sweatshirts and wearing masks entered the store all at once and within only minutes, grabbed more than $100,000 worth of clothing and merchandise from the store and ran away with it, ransacking displays in the process. The suspects fled in multiple vehicles.
