Detectives are Asking for the Public’s Help to Identify other Possible Victims

Northridge:  The Los Angeles Police Department’s Juvenile Division’s Sexually Exploited Child Unit (SECU) have arrested a man for acting on his foot fetish while working at a popular roller rink in Northridge.

On December 22, 2013, 19-year-old Christopher Julian Flores, a resident of Granada Hills, was arrested and charged for Penal Code Section 664/288(A), attempted lewd acts on a minor under the age of 14, or acts of lewd and lascivious conduct, a crime committed by touching a child somewhere on his/her body for sexual purposes.

Throughout the investigation, SECU detectives worked closely with management staff at Skateland Roller Rink in an attempt to identify other possible victims of Suspect Flores.
