Police Officer Houston R. Tipping passed away Sunday, May 29, 2022. He is survived by his mother, Shirley; father, Richard; sister, Kathleen; brother, Tyler; grandfather, LeRoy; and grandmothers, Peggy, Kathleen and Lynn.
